The Hospital realises that it is very necessary to establish quality and safety standards to achieve greater patient satisfaction. It has adopted a Quality Policy to deliver quality medical, surgical and nursing care of a high standard and a human touch with dedication, ethical values, efficiency and continuous improvement in skills and infrastructure, to all sections of society. The Hospital, Doctors, Nurses and all other staff co-operated to get ISO 9000:2008 certification on September 9, 2010. As a further step, the Hospital is working towards getting accreditation by NABH (National Accreditation Bureau for Hospitals) and NABL (National Accreditation Bureau for Laboratories). Furthermore, in order to improve quality, the Hospital is aiming to become a Post-graduate Teaching Institution which will enhance the status of the Hospital and give an opportunity for Doctors to update their knowledge and skills. The National Board for Examinations, Ministry of Health, Government of India accredited the Hospital for Diplomate of National Board (DNB) course in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2010, and DNB course in Medicine in 2011. While getting valuable practical experience these students would also help the Hospital in medical management.
